The official rules

We will provide 3 judges which will meet in the Pavilion behind Mitchell at 5:00 on Friday.

                                                   Contestants can use a wood stove, open fire, or campstove

  You can cook at your tent or in the pavilion

                       All ingredients must be prepared on site using your preferred cooking method

      Judging will be based on a scale of 1-10 in the following categories

Taste

Presentation

Creativity

Complexity

Please plate your dish and bring it to the Pavilion to be judged at 5:00. 
Prizes: 1st place: A Golden Spatula made from Titanium at Brautigam Expedition Works.

        2nd place: WCS Mug and a TI Spoon or Spork from BEW

        3rd place: WCS Mug
