An easy one-pot meal. Easy to prep, easy to clean.
1 can bully beef (canned corned beef)
1 bag mixed frozen vegetables (16oz corn, carrots, green beans, peas suggested)
1-3 beef bouillon cubes
2-6 cups water
salt, pepper, or other seasoning
1. Cut beef into cubes and begin browning half of it in a pot.
2. Add water (1-2 cups) to create broth.
3. Add vegetables and bouillon and cook until vegetables are thawed and warmed through.
4. Add the rest of beef.
5. Add water to desired thickness, add salt, pepper, seasonings to taste.
