  • Winter Camping Symposium 2021

We are planning next years' event currently! The WCS, the largest event of its kind, will take place in MN, Mid to Late October.
Camp Miller, in Sturgeon Lake has been the site for the event for the past several years. We will be working to continue that relationship.
2021's event is shaping up to be a spectacular gathering of Winter travelers. Over the course of 4-5 days we will have, classes, speakers, workshops, and an infinite amount of knowledge sharing!

We will make all announcements here regarding the event. Keynote speakers, workshop teachers, and class presenters we will list as they are confirmed. In the meantime, make sure to check out our supporter pages and visit some of our vendors.

The WCS is working hard, so that your event will be amazing, get excited for the Winter Camping Symposium 2021!

Sad it’s 1,300 miles from me. Might have to wait for the 2023 gathering when I’m retired and I can really enjoy it. But a dollar and a dream!

                Happy New Year! Lonelake

I've seen some of Jim Baird's videos. Should be enjoyable to hear him in person. Looking forward for 2021 WCS.

Anticipating going to this is getting me through the absurd heat and humidity at present. Next season, please.
